Township Fees & Third-Party Services

Below is information regarding the adopted Township Fee Schedule and Third-Party services in Londonderry Township. Please contact the Township Codes Department with any questions.

Township Fees

Londonderry Township fees are set by resolution of the Board of Supervisors. Please contact the Codes Department for information regarding zoning, building, stormwater, rental, and land or floodplain development fees

Third Party Services

Londonderry Township uses Third Party Agencies to complete plan reviews and inspections as required by the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code.

Plan & Inspection Review Costs:

• Third Party plan review and inspection costs are not included as part of the Township permit fee

• Owner/applicant is responsible for Third Party plan review and inspection costs

• A copy of all Third Party inspection(s) shall be provided to the Township

• The permit applicant is responsible for making arrangements for inspections and insuring that the required inspections have been performed by a Third Party Inspection Agency approved by the Township.

• A list of required inspections will be included with the issued permit packet.
