Submit A Permit Application

Submit an application, with supporting documents, by using the form below or one of the following methods:

In Person Submission

Applications may be dropped off at the Township Office during normal business hours

Monday - Thursday: 8am to 4pm
Friday: 9am to 2pm

If dropping off after hours, please use the drop box to the right of the main entrance and contact the office the following business day to ensure it was received

Applications can be submitted via US mail or other carrier (UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL, ect.)
