ABI offers a team of plans examiners that are subject matter experts in their respective disciplines.

This affords us the ability to review most commercial plan submissions in 7-10 business days

(Larger more complex jobs may require additional time).

Residential plan reviews are typically turned around in 5-7 days.

Accessibility:
$300 up to 10,000 square feet. Over 10,000 square feet the fee shall be the minimum fee plus .05/sq. ft. for the total amount of square footage exceeding 10,000 square feet. These fees may be adjusted lower based upon the simplicity of the project.

These prices reflect the cost of a 2500 sq. ft. Dwelling an additional $10.00 is added to the total cost per 100 sq.ft. over 2500 sq. ft.

Additional Inspection fees may be assessed at not less than $60.00 per visit as required due to the complexity, number of visits or execution of the work being done.

Small scale projects will be priced depending on the complexity of the project, the length of the project, and the number of inspections required. Inspection fees may be assessed at not less than $60.00 per visit as required.

Typical Inspection Fees for Residential Projects are as follows with a Minimum Plan Review fee of $50.00

Permit Submitting Guidelines

All Permit applications need to have plans showing what is being built and how it is to be done.

Permit Applications are received and reviewed as quickly as possible.
