At the January 5, 2026 Regular Meeting of the Board of Supervisors, a date for the continuation of the August Public Hearing on the proposed Data Center Ordinance was set. The continuation of the Public Hearing will be held on February 11, 2026 at 7pm at the Londonderry Twp FIre Department at 2655 Foxianna Rd. 

A date was also set for the Public Hearing for the Curative Amendment of February 18, 2026 at 7pm at the Londonderry Twp Fire Department at 2655 Foxianna Rd. This replaces the previously set date for the Curative Amendment of January 14, 2026, which has been canceled.
