Township Fees
Londonderry Township fees are set by resolution of the Board of Supervisors.
Fees for 2025 are listed below and were adopted by the Board of Supervisors as Resolution 2025-01 on 01/06/2025 effective 01/07/2025
Third Party Services
Londonderry Township uses Third Party Agencies to complete plan reviews and inspections as required by the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code.
Third Party plan review and inspection costs are not included as part of the Township permit fee. The owner and/or applicant is responsible for Third Party plan review and inspection costs. A list of required inspections will be included with the issued permit packet.
The permit applicant is responsible for making arrangements for inspections and insuring that the required inspections have been performed by a Third Party Inspection Agency approved by the Township.
