Quarterly Water Bill – Payment Instructions

Londonderry Township offers several convenient ways to pay your quarterly water invoice. Please choose one of the following options:

  1. Pay by Check
  • Make checks payable to Londonderry Township
  • Mail your payment to, or drop it off at, the Township Office [783 S. Geyers Church Rd., Middletown, PA 17057.]
  • Please include your account number on the memo line


  1. Pay by Credit Card 
  • Credit card payments are accepted In person at the Londonderry Township Building
  • Accepted cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover
  • A 3% processing fee will be added to all credit card payments
  • Please have your account number available when making payment

 

  1. Pay Online by Credit Card
  • Online credit card payments may be made through the Township’s secure payment portal:
    • “Pay Now” (available on the Township website)
  • A 3% processing fee will be added to all credit card payments
  • Please allow sufficient time for processing to ensure timely payment

 

Important Notes

  • Payments must be received by the due date shown on your invoice to avoid penalties.
  • Returned checks may be subject to additional fees.
  • A 3% processing fee will be added to all credit card payments
