Submit an Application

*** Effective January 1st 2026: The Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code will begin enforcing the 2021 Model I-codes of the International Code Council. ***All applications with a contract signed on or before December 31st, 2025 and submitted for review prior to June 1st, 2026 may be reviewed and approved under the existing 2018 Codes. Any contract signed after January 1st 2026 will be reviewed against the new standard . Changes to the PA UCC maybe reviewed in the PA Bulletin


Applications can be submitted in the following ways:


In Person: 
Completed applications can be submitted to the Codes Department during regular business hours
Blank application forms can be picked in our Codes Department lobby during regular business hours
Completed application forms can be submitted after hours via the drop box located at the primary/administration entrance. Please contact the Codes Department to ensure that your application was received.

Mail or Courier:
Completed application can be submitted to the Codes Department via USPS mail or other courier service, such as UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL, or other similar service.
Applications submitted by mail or courier should be clearly marked "Attn: Codes Department" and delivered to the Township Municipal Building

Online:
Completed applications may be submitted online using our Permit Submission Portal
