*** Effective January 1st 2026: The Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code will begin enforcing the 2021 Model I-codes of the International Code Council. *** All applications with a contract signed on or before December 31st, 2025 and submitted for review prior to June 1st, 2026 may be reviewed and approved under the existing 2018 Codes. Any contract signed after January 1st 2026 will be reviewed against the new standard . Changes to the PA UCC maybe reviewed in the PA Bulletin

Operation and Maintenance Agreements: These documents a required for Minor and Major Stormwater Plans and allow for the on going inspection of systems being installed to ensure proper functioning.
