Data Center Ordinance Update

The Public Hearing for the Data Center Ordinance was originally held on July 7, 2025 and was then continued until the August 4, 2025 meeting. The August 4 meeting was held at the Londonderry Fire Company and the result of the hearing was the Board of Supervisors continuing the hearing into the future with the next hearing date not yet determined. During the regular Board meeting that followed on August 4, 2025, the Board voted to table the action on the Data Center Ordinance.  The Board of Supervisors and Township staff are now researching the concerns brought forth by the public at the hearings and will advertise the next public hearing or meeting regarding the data center ordinance at the appropriate time.
