Swatara Creek Road Project

Construction of the Bridge #15 rehabilitation project located on Swatara Creek Road in Londonderry Township, Dauphin County is well underway. The project consists of replacement of the bridge deck, bridge barriers and approach guiderail.  Due to the type of bridge construction a detour was implemented and is to remain in place until the bridge construction is complete.  The bridge was originally planned to be open by May 8th, 2022; however, due to material supply chain delays and unforeseen utility work opening of the bridge is now anticipated to occur by May 31, 2022.
