Full Time Public Works Position

Londonderry Township, Middletown, Pa, Dauphin County, is accepting applications for a fulltime, employee in our Public Works Department. This position is an FLSA non-exempt position. Benefits include medical and dental insurance, pension plan, vacation and sick time.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Be a team player
• All aspects of road and park maintenance
• Snow Plowing
• Maintaining Township owned equipment
• Be available and able to respond to after-hour work requirements such as snow plowing, flooding and storm events

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Minimum Class B driver license preferred
• Clean driving record
• Pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test
• Be available to work overtime
• Be able to work in all weather conditions
• Have good work ethic
• Operate multiple pieces of construction equipment

All new fulltime employees must complete a 120 day probationary period.
