A Zoning Hearing Board is a quasi-judicial body that hears cases on and renders decisions regarding application for Special Exceptions as defined in the Zoning Ordinance, Variances to the provisions of the Ordinance, or Appeals of a Determination of the Zoning Officer.

The Londonderry Township Zoning hearing Board is a six member board that meets, as needed, on the 3rd Tuesday of the month. If there are no cases to be heard the hearing will be cancelled. Hearings are held at the Township Municipal Building at 783 S Geyers Church Rd, Middletown, Pa 17057
